No physical items will be shipped. Upon completing your purchase, you’ll receive instant access to your digital files via email or your account dashboard.

When you purchase a digital influencer or related assets from us, you’re granted a license to use the content for personal or commercial brand purposes (such as marketing, social media, or content creation).

You may not:

Resell, redistribute, or share the files with others.

Use the assets in a way that violates any applicable laws or misleads others.

We reserve the right to revoke access if our content is used in violation of these terms.

3. Payments & Refunds

All sales are final.
Due to the digital nature of our products, once files are accessed or downloaded, no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations can be issued.

4. Ownership & Intellectual Property

All digital influencers, photos, and videos remain the intellectual property of Famebase until purchased.
Upon purchase, you receive the full rights and ownership of the AI Model and her digital assets.

You agree not to claim, trademark, or copyright any of our digital influencers, designs, or likenesses as your own.

5. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for any damages, loss of income, or business interruptions resulting from the use or misuse of our digital products.
By purchasing and using our content, you accept full responsibility for your intended usage and compliance with local laws and platform guidelines.
